Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

MANAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT MALLORCA 2023 S.L. is the DATA CONTROLLER for the processing of the USER’s personal data and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

Why do we process your personal data?

To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The planned processing operations are:

• Sending advertising commercial communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that allows commercial communications. These communications will be carried out by the CONTROLLER and will be related to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or suppliers with whom it has reached a promotion agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.
• Carrying out market research and statistical analysis.
• Processing orders, requests, responding to enquiries or any type of request made by the USER through any of the contact methods made available on the CONTROLLER’s website.
• Sending the online newsletter with news, offers and promotions in our activity.

What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?

Because the processing is legitimised by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

• With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and the newsletter.
• By the CONTROLLER’s legitimate interest: carrying out market research, statistical analysis, etc., and processing orders, requests, etc., at the USER’s request.

How long will we keep your personal data?

Data will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of processing or as required by legal provisions and, when no longer necessary, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure anonymisation or total destruction.

Who do we share your personal data with?

No communication of personal data to third parties is envisaged except, if necessary for the development and execution of the processing purposes, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and processor agreements required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

The USER has the following rights:

• Right to withdraw consent at any time.
• Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of your data, and the right to restrict or object to its processing.
• Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that processing does not comply with current regulations.

By ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, USERS expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary to attend to their request by the provider, while the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes thereto.

The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If not all data are provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will be completely adapted to your needs.

In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with all GDPR and LOPDGDD provisions for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby data are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect USERS’ rights and freedoms and has provided them with the appropriate information so that they can exercise them.
